Fresh Simple Beautiful Blues Easter Table
Simple Easter table decor can be easily done with spring items you may already own. I am sharing my tips on how to create this beautiful tablescape.
I focus on color first. Then I start bringing in everything I own in that color to see if I can use it in my table decor.
This year I decided to use blue which is easy for spring.
The color blue is serene and comforting but mostly refreshing. It is the color of the sky and the ocean. Both equally calming. Just look up on a clear day and see the blue sky. So soothing. A walk alongside the ocean brings about the same calmness.
This is the feeling I wanted to convey in my Simple Easter table decor this year. Calm and soothing. An oasis. A place where family can enjoy a lovely dinner. An escape.

I think I accomplished this. Yes, indeed. And you can, too.

Simple Easter Table Decor
Lots of blues and whites. My favorite combination. So fresh.

A bit of farm house feel with the gingham napkins. The iron bunny napkin holders adding to this. No paper napkins. Real cloth napkins for my simple Easter table decor.

The grosgrain ribbon tied around the vase holding fresh flowers. A homey feeling to elegant flowers . The ribbon came with the placemats. Of course I used it since it matched perfectly. This ribbon is the perfect accent. The little details do make a big difference.
Be open to using anything. Go ahead and try the idea. It just may work. I don’t think there are any absolutes in decorating. You have to do what pleases you.

The little white bunny egg cups. Holding faux speckled eggs. Again some blues.

A bit of contrast with the faux chocolate bunny. Sorry, no real chocolate here. It’s been eaten.

Bunny plates just waiting for dessert of carrot cake. Maybe with a scoop of ice cream.

Hydrangeas are large and blue tinted. Perfect for a spring celebration.
Yes, this is what an Easter table should look like. Using lots of blues. Refreshing and welcoming. A sign that tells your family you care about them. By setting a beautiful table this conveys the sentiment that you want nothing more than to be surrounded by those you hold dear on this special day.
It is best to prepare the table ahead of time so you aren’t rushing around. Trying to gather your decor. Then realizing you can’t find your special bunny plates. That was me today.
The dinner menu will consist of ham, vegetable casserole, mashed potatoes and rolls. Oh yes, carrot cake for dessert.
Are you welcoming guests for dinner? How do you decorate your table?
