Quick breads are one of my favorites to bake. It’s kind of magical. It rises without yeast, just baking soda. Plus they are quick, easy and don’t require a lot of cleanup. This buttermilk banana bread is super moist. It doesn’t last a single day at my house. The secret is slow baking and the addition of buttermilk.
