Remember the basket tray I stained? Well here it is on my kitchen dining table. It is all ready for fall. I put some faux sunflowers in my sunflower pitcher with two chicken wire baskets filled with grapevine spheres, white spheres and some acorns thrown in for good measure.
The chicken wire baskets came from Walmart for less than $3.00. They are just adorable. I wrapped some burlap ribbon around each one tying it with jute string. I really like how they turned out.
I set the basket on a fall table runner I made a couple of years ago. The hutch behind my table needs some arranging. The hutch is between seasons right now.
I love the yellows, browns and greens of fall. Of course later in the season, red and orange will be part of my favorite colors for fall.
The fall decorating has just begun. Time to get out the rest of my autumn stuff. Problem is I have it stashed in closets, hutches, bins and kitchen cabinets. I really need to better organize these things.
Hope you enjoyed my fall sunflower basket vignette.
